1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the in2it platform through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the in2it platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and in2it as the platform operator. Continued use of the in2it platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of in2it services, users are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. in2it will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone at any time. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately. in2it will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
- Registration information must be accurate and verifiable.
- Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or using the platform.
- Each individual is entitled to one registered account only.
- Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with any other party.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
In2it users agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use bots or automated software, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are also prohibited from:
- Using the platform for money laundering or other unlawful financing activities.
- Spreading false or misleading information about in2it to other users.
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation.
- Using unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in any form of collusion or coordination that violates fair play rules.
Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, account balance freezing, and where necessary, appropriate legal action.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the in2it platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). in2it supports a range of approved local payment methods, including FPX and authorised e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is authorised by the relevant financial institution.
Regarding deposits and withdrawals:
- All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by in2it from time to time.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same user's name.
- In2it reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
- Any taxes or fees imposed by third-party banks or financial institutions are the user's responsibility.
In2it reserves the right to decline or place on hold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
In2it Liability Limits
In2it shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or extraordinary losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. Users access the platform at their own risk. in2it's maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
In2it reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms breach are not entitled to claim any balance associated with the non-compliant activity. Legitimate account closures requested by the user will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the in2it platform are the intellectual property of in2it or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from in2it. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The in2it platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. in2it is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users are encouraged to read the terms and policies of each third-party website they visit.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
In2it reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the relevant Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the terms shall continue in full force and effect.
